Coaching within a safe and supportive group
You may feel that being part of a small and supportive group might be just what you need. It is still deeply transformational to be coached within a group – to learn more about yourself and take action just as you would from my one to one sessions but you will also learn from others and share with them.
You do not have to connect with individuals from the group outside of the sessions but for those who want to share the journey it can be a wonderful support network.

Areas of coaching I deal with
Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
Each coaching journey is tailor made and together we will agree on what best suits your needs - how many sessions feel right and over what duration. To give you an idea though my Life Coaching sessions are typically an hour long and I suggest a minimum of 4 sessions for you to get the best from the process.
My hourly rate for individual Life Coaching or Career Coaching is £90. Most typically people sign up to a 6 session package for £480 or 12 session package for £920.
