Person-Centred Coach | When life no longer feels sustainable

About me

You’re Coping. But At What Cost?

You might be coping… but it’s costing you more than you want to admit.

On the surface, things might still be working. You’re getting through the day, replying to messages, showing up for people, handling responsibilities. Maybe you’re even doing well by other people’s standards.

But underneath, something feels off. Harder. Less sustainable than it used to.

You might be exhausted in a way that rest does not seem to touch anymore.

Often, something in life has shifted.

This might be burnout, chronic illness, neurodivergence, difficult relationships, changes in health or capacity, or a growing sense that the life you have built no longer fits in the same way it once did.

You may be used to pushing through. Used to adapting. Used to holding things together because you have had to.

But something in you is beginning to question what it is costing you to continue living this way.

You do not need to have the right words for this.

We start from where you are.

My work is shaped by both professional experience and lived experience of disability and chronic illness. Because of this, I do not work from assumptions about what life “should” look like, but from the reality of how life actually is for you.

Coaching offers space to slow things down and look honestly at what is happening beneath the surface.

Not to fix you.
Not to force positivity.
And not to push you back into a version of life that no longer fits.

This is not about getting you back to who you were.

Sometimes people outgrow the ways they once survived.

Together, we can begin to make sense of what has changed, understand patterns that keep repeating, rebuild trust in your own judgement, and explore ways of living and working that do not leave you constantly depleted.

I have particular experience working with people navigating burnout, identity shifts, long-term stress, disability, chronic illness, and neurodivergence, especially where someone appears to be coping externally whilst struggling internally.

I offer a space where things can be explored honestly, without pressure or expectation to have everything figured out.

From there, clarity tends to emerge in a way that feels real, rather than imposed.

Sessions are 50 minutes and available:
• Online
• In person (Lea, Preston)

Many people get in touch, unsure of exactly what they need, only that something is no longer working.

That is enough to start.

We can have an initial conversation and see whether working together feels right for you, with no pressure to continue beyond that.

Areas of coaching I deal with

Other areas of coaching I deal with

While most of my work is one-to-one, I also support teams, staff groups, and organisations, particularly where people are navigating pressure, change, or complexity that isn’t being fully understood or addressed.

This might include conversations around wellbeing, inclusion, communication, or the impact of long-term stress, health, or differing needs within a team.

Rather than delivering prescriptive training, I create space for honest reflection and meaningful dialogue, helping people think more clearly, understand each other more deeply, and work in ways that feel more sustainable.

Sessions are offered online via video or telephone, with flexibility to adapt the format depending on individual or organisational needs.

Further information

I offer a no-fee discovery call so we can explore what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

If something here has resonated, you’re welcome to get in touch. You don’t need to have clear answers or know exactly what you need; just a sense that something isn’t working is enough.
