About me
You know you're capable of more. So what's holding you back?
Maybe you doubt yourself more than you let people see. You overthink things. You hold back in conversations, avoid difficult situations or find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no.
I help people build the confidence to stop holding themselves back and make the changes they know they want to make.
I'm an ICF-accredited coach with a background in performance and communication. My coaching is grounded in Integral Coaching®, a developmental approach that looks beyond simply talking about what you want to change.
Together, we'll look at what's getting in your way and explore different ways of thinking, behaving and responding. The work is practical and personal. I'll support you, challenge you when I think it will help, and give you space to work things through for yourself.
Sometimes the biggest changes show up in everyday moments.
It might be speaking up when you would once have stayed silent. Setting a boundary without guilt. Having a difficult conversation you've been avoiding. Taking an opportunity you might previously have talked yourself out of. Or simply feeling more comfortable in your own skin.
These moments build on each other. Over time, they can change not only what you do, but how you see yourself and what you believe you're capable of.
The aim is to help you understand yourself more clearly, try something different and build the confidence to make changes that last.

About me
My background in performance has given me a particular interest in how people show up — how we communicate, how we respond under pressure and how the stories we tell ourselves can influence what we do.
I bring that experience together with professional coaching practice to create a space that is supportive, challenging and practical.
If you'd like to explore whether coaching could help, get in touch and we can have a conversation.

What to expect
I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory phone or Teams call. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore what you'd like from coaching and decide whether we're the right fit.
Coaching sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes and are available in person in Suffolk or online via Teams.
Some clients come for a handful of sessions to work through a specific challenge, while others choose a longer programme of 5–10 sessions to support deeper, lasting change.
Between sessions, I'll invite you to experiment with a small number of personalised practices. These are designed to help you notice patterns, develop new awareness and bring your coaching into everyday life.
