About us
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or unsure of your direction?
Perhaps you're struggling with stress, low confidence, ADHD, a career transition or the feeling that life has become something you're simply managing rather than actively shaping.
I help people build genuine confidence, gain clarity and create meaningful change in their lives and work.
Some of my clients are professionals, business owners and individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed or unfulfilled underneath.
My coaching combines Life Coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you understand how you think, why you get stuck and how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I am an ICF Accredited Life Coach (ACC) and NLP Master Practitioner. Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of working through PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, depression, low confidence and the realities of adoptive parenting.
Having experienced what it feels like to be stuck in survival mode, I understand both the challenges people face and what it takes to create lasting change.
My coaching is not about surface-level motivation, positive thinking or quick fixes. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply so that change becomes natural, sustainable and aligned with who you are.
How I Work
Many people try to change their lives by forcing new habits, pushing harder or criticising themselves when things don't improve.
In my experience, real and lasting change happens when you:
- Understand your patterns, behaviours and ways of thinking
- Reconnect with your strengths, talents and values
- Develop approaches that work with who you are rather than against yourself
- Build confidence through action and experience rather than affirmation
One of the principles that influences my work comes from NLP and the idea that our internal "map" of the world is not the full picture. Sometimes we become trapped by old beliefs, assumptions or ways of seeing ourselves. When we update that map, new possibilities, opportunities and choices naturally begin to emerge.
From there, we create practical strategies that work in your real life, not just in theory.
What You Can Expect
I provide a confidential, grounded and non-judgemental space where you can:
- Speak openly and honestly
- Gain clarity on what's really going on
- Understand what has been keeping you stuck
- Build genuine confidence and self-esteem
- Develop a stronger sense of direction and purpose
- Take practical steps towards meaningful change
A key part of my approach involves helping you identify and live through your strengths and values. When you do this consistently, confidence and self-esteem develop naturally because they are being built on genuine self-awareness rather than external validation.
This forms part of what I call Living at Choice.
Living at Choice is about expanding your possibilities, creating opportunities, increasing your options and having more freedom to shape your future rather than simply reacting to circumstances.
Who I Work With
I often work with people who are:
- Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or lacking direction
- Navigating anxiety, stress, burnout or ADHD
- Looking to build genuine confidence and self-esteem
- Facing career, business or life transitions
- Seeking greater balance between life and work
- Questioning what's next and wanting greater purpose or fulfilment
- Ready to move forward but unsure how
How Coaching Works
I keep coaching simple, flexible and centred around you.
Rather than asking you to commit to a rigid programme from the outset, we begin with a conversation and explore what support would be most useful.
Clarity Session
If you're unsure where to begin, we can start with a focused 90-minute Clarity Session.
This provides the space to explore what's going on, identify what's holding you back and create practical next steps.
For some people, this session creates an immediate breakthrough. For others, it becomes the foundation for deeper coaching work.
Ongoing Coaching
If you're looking for consistent support and momentum, we can work together through regular coaching sessions.
These sessions help you build awareness, strengthen new ways of thinking and maintain progress whilst navigating life's challenges and opportunities.
Deeper Work
Where more significant change is required, we can create a longer-term coaching approach tailored around your goals, circumstances and aspirations.
There is no rigid formula. The process is shaped around what you need and where you want to go.
Final Note
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You simply need a willingness to explore what's going on, consider new possibilities and take the next step forward.
If you're ready to create meaningful change, I'd be delighted to support you on that journey.

Training, qualifications & experience
My coaching combines professional training with lived experience.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years navigating challenges including PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, addiction, ADHD and the realities of adoptive parenting. Through coaching, NLP, meditation and personal development, I was able to create lasting change in my own life, which ultimately led me to retrain as a coach.
Today, I am an ICF Accredited Life Coach (ACC) and NLP Master Practitioner.
I completed my Life Coaching and NLP training with an ICF-accredited provider in London, developing practical coaching skills aligned with internationally recognised standards and ethical coaching principles.
Alongside my coaching qualifications, I bring experience from both the corporate and business world, having worked in senior commercial roles and supported business owners, professionals and individuals through periods of change, growth and transition.
My coaching draws upon Life Coaching, NLP and a strengths-based approach that helps clients develop greater self-awareness, build confidence and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about their next steps. Through coaching, they gain greater clarity, confidence and direction, enabling them to move forward with purpose and intention.
What It's Like to Work With Me
I bring a calm, grounded and non-judgemental approach to coaching.
Sessions are collaborative, supportive and focused on what matters most to you. Together we explore challenges honestly whilst maintaining a practical focus on creating meaningful progress.
My aim is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to support you in creating lasting change that continues long after our coaching conversations have ended.
Areas of coaching we deal with
Other areas of coaching we deal with
Many of the challenges people experience are interconnected rather than existing in isolation.
Stress can affect confidence. Low confidence can influence relationships. Career uncertainty can impact wellbeing. ADHD can contribute to overwhelm, procrastination or burnout.
Whilst coaching categories can be helpful, my focus is often less on the label and more on understanding the underlying patterns, beliefs and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck.
Clients often come to me during periods of change, uncertainty or transition when they know something needs to improve but are unsure how to move forward.
Together, we create greater self-awareness, clarity and confidence whilst developing practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
If your situation doesn't fit neatly into a specific category, you're welcome to get in touch for an exploratory conversation.
