About me
I am a life coach supporting women around the midlife years through 1-to-1 coaching. I provide a compassionate space for clients as they explore their inner terrain, helping them to move forward with fresh perspectives and practical tools to apply in their daily lives.
Between the thirties and fifties women often navigate a certain manner of experiences, ranging from responsibility-laden practicalities to a deep search for meaning. It can be challenging amidst the fast-paced, externally-oriented culture to find a moment to pause, look inwards, consider what brings us meaning and identify what we need for our wellbeing.
As a highly sensitive person, and a parent to school-aged children, I have first-hand experience of the heights and depths of joy and struggle that can accompany this life stage. I am also well acquainted with the interplay between high sensitivity and spiritual awakening and understand the value of having an open-minded and non-judgemental space to explore these profound and at times confusing experiences.
My coaching approach is rooted in transpersonal psychology - in simple terms, this can be described as coaching through a spiritual lens. This is a holistic form of life coaching which recognises our interconnectedness with the people and the world around us. It takes an integrative approach, honouring the physical, emotional, mental, interpersonal and spiritual elements of who we are.
Coaching sessions are either online via Zoom or in person at my practice room in Long Ashton, Bristol, UK. I also offer walk and talk coaching sessions in the beautiful grounds of the Ashton Court Estate in Long Ashton. If you are curious to explore whether you'd like to work with me, please get in touch for a free initial consultation.
