About me
I am Gary and I help people who are stuck to find joy, fulfilment and high performance. I use coaching and consulting to help people become clear on their purpose and goals and make transformational shifts in how they achieve them.
I especially enjoy working with early to mid career professionals who want deeper meaning and purpose in their careers but don't know how to make it happen.
My coaching is kind, practical and action-oriented. My aim is always to help you found out new things yourself and become more capable for the future. If our sessions go well, you wont need me again!
After a lifetime's success in complex global businesses I am now an expert in human development and a career coach. I am ICF accredited and qualified in psychometric tools.
I love learning and use the latest thinking from positive psychology and neuroscience in my work.
I run in my spare time and I believe finding joy on the road matters as much as winning the race. I look forward to bringing that to life with you.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
