Hi, Francesca here. Thank you for checking out my profile.

I offer professional coaching that gets you there, if you dare!

I am a ICF certified Professional Coach (PCC), qualified since 2017 with accreditation by the Association for Coaching. I have delivered over 1000+ hours of coaching.

In 2018, I founded my coaching practice Gr8fool Limited (www.gr8fool.com), with a strong belief in the magic of the coaching process, to support in a wide range of topics and goals: personal development and career coaching, business and executive coaching for leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as coaching youth to empower them through development and challenges.

My coaching services are available on a 1:1 or 1:many (group and team coaching) basis, primarily as online sessions but in person can be arranged.

A successful 24-year corporate career, including 18 in corporate governance & company secretarial withing the energy sector, and 6 years of professional and life experience outside of office walls: coaching, volunteering, travelling and generally exploring to make what first looked impossible, possible.

Some of my most courageous choices? Riding my Harley from London to (near) Venice raising funds for a good cause, a 5-week pilgrim walk along the Camino de Santiago (930km) and a whole year of solo vanlife around Europe, all the while writing and coaching from my campervan.
