About us
I am an experienced Coach, Trainer and Facilitator and have provided coaching within leadership and management roles over the last 20 years, whether this be for business owners, coaches, senior leaders to support them develop themselves and their teams, graduate interns, team members, students, people finding work and working parents.
I have also worked as an internal coach within the public sector.
I am a qualified and accredited coach and have unique specialisms as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Multiple Brains Integration Technique (mBIT) Certified Coach, Master Coach and Trainer, as well as being a trained facilitator of Lego Serious Play and a qualified and experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
I am passionate about people and their self-development. I love to see people achieve the life that they wish to live, whether that is by achieving personal or work-related goals.
I love to see people find fulfilment, grow their potential, make improvements, release their fears, and become their true awesome self.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
