ILM coach | For when you're at a crossroads or feeling stuck

About me

Feeling ready for a change but not sure where to start?

I help people untangle knotty problems, explore new directions and take action with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re rethinking your career, navigating a tricky decision or just feeling off-track, coaching gives you the space to pause, reflect and move forward with purpose.

 What you can expect

I offer coaching that’s calm, collaborative and deeply practical. No hype, no pressure - just focused time to explore what matters most to you, and decide how you want to move forward.

You might come to coaching because:

  • You’re at a career crossroads or feeling stuck in your current role
  • You’re questioning what’s next in your life and want support working it out
  • You’ve lost confidence and want help rebuilding it
  • You want to feel more in control, more grounded, and more like yourself again

You don’t need to have the answers, we’ll work together to find them.

My approach

  • Thoughtful, supportive coaching grounded in positive psychology and active listening
  • Tools that suit you - some people like structure, some prefer open reflection. I’ll meet you where you are
  • Real-life change - you’ll leave each session with insights and practical steps you can use straight away
  • Optional body-based support - for clients who want it, I also offer gentle yoga to complement the coaching work (especially helpful for calming busy minds or working through stress and burnout)
