Hi, I’m Eugenia, an international coach who specialises in working with people who have moved countries and sometimes struggle with navigating life in a different society, or moving forward when managing the challenges of a busy life. Fluent in five languages, I understand the complexities of adapting to new cultures while managing career objectives or running a business, as I have direct experience of both.
I’m here to offer support and encouragement while you overcome your fears and limiting beliefs. My aim is to help you feel comfortable in creating your new reality. Sometimes how we see ourselves can be the strongest obstacle to our own progress and I have found useful tools that promote positive behaviours to ease your way. I am passionate about helping others find their purpose and removing barriers so that you can pursue and achieve your goals more easily.
I’ve been on my own journey of personal development since my teenage years, while studying and living in different countries. Based in London for over a decade, I run a successful video marketing business, alongside my coaching, where I help people to become visible and reduce their fears around video. This was borne out of my own journey, conquering anxieties and learning how I can combine my skills to benefit others.

I have completed Animas Diploma in Transformational Coaching
I have been practicing for over 4 years now and have a vast experience in working with expats. I specialise in emotional intelligence, particularly managing emotions, stress, communication.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
