My name is Emma and I'm a Firework Licensed Career Coach and certified Transformative Coach. I specialise in working with mid-career professionals who are ready to stop tolerating a career that doesn't fit, and start building one that does.
What makes my approach different is the combination of a genuinely practical career change framework with deep coaching work. We don't update your CV or rehearse interview answers until you're clear on what you actually want. We start with you, understanding what's held you back, and building the confidence and strategy to move forward without throwing everything away and starting from scratch.

Training, qualifications & experience
I bring more to this work than most. Over 15 years working on change and transformation programmes inside large organisations means I understand the pressures of demanding professional environments intimately. An MSc in Psychology, specialising in business, gave me a deep grounding in why people struggle to make changes and have a career they truly enjoy, as well as what actually helps.
And my own research into the links between career satisfaction, impostor syndrome and burnout resonated deeply with my own experience of the corporate world.
I know what it feels like to be high-performing and quietly unfulfilled. That's exactly why I do this work.
