I've lived the transformation I now coach. My clients are female leaders at a crossroads, succeeding visibly on the outside while privately struggling to sustain how they lead and live. After years of over-functioning cost me my own clarity and confidence, I rebuilt both, and that experience is why I recognise it quickly when a client brings me a story about themselves that's no longer true.

My services include a complimentary discovery session to clarify your goals, 1-on-1 leadership coaching, coaching with emotional intelligence and leadership training, and corporate female empowerment talks to support women to live in choice.

My work is ontological coaching combined with emotional intelligence training: I help clients see the self-narrative quietly driving their choices, so change happens at the level of identity, not just behaviour. Using assessments alongside somatic and centering practice, I help clients clarify their values, character and career strengths, weaknesses and preferences, and act from authentic confidence rather than proving their worth through performance. Founders, corporate leaders and managers navigating career pivots leave with clearer direction, momentum, and a leadership presence that sustains performance, wellbeing and satisfaction as complexity grows.

Before coaching, I spent 5+ years as CMO of MAA Group Berhad, a publicly listed conglomerate in Malaysia spanning 15+ companies across hospitality, financial services and healthcare. I also hold board trustee roles with a charity supporting underprivileged and orphaned children, and an international school, reflecting what I care about most: helping leaders create impact within and beyond themselves.

I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Newfield-certified Ontological Coach, with 230+ hours across 60 clients internationally, including women's group coaching and a female empowerment workshop. Clients consistently describe feeling deeply seen and never judged, with their own agency central to the work, letting them speak openly and lead in a way that's genuinely their own.
