ADHD/Exec Coach, NLP dip

About me

Who am I?

I’m Diane, an ADHD coach specialising in supporting midlife women navigating ADHD and perimenopause. My approach combines professional training with lived experience, because I know firsthand how confusing and exhausting this stage of life can feel.

How I help.

Through my coaching, I help women understand how their brain and nervous system actually work so they can stop berating themselves and start building strategies that genuinely fit their lives.

Our work together blends ADHD-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, cognitive reframing, and compassionate, practical strategy. Rather than forcing rigid systems that rarely work for ADHD brains, we create personalised tools that support real life: messy mornings, busy families, emotional days, and all.

I might be the right coach for you if this resonates:

Before working together, many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, guilt, emotional burnout, and self-criticism. They’ve spent years believing they’re “too much”, “not organised enough”, “too emotional”, or somehow failing at things that seem effortless for everyone else. They’re juggling motherhood, work, the invisible mental load of family life… while their brain feels like it’s running eighteen different tabs at once.

And then perimenopause joins the party - turning the volume up on everything. Suddenly, the coping strategies that once worked stop working. Emotions feel bigger. Overwhelm shows up faster. The inner critic gets louder.

This is where our work begins.

How things can change with ADHD coaching:

After working together, they begin to experience something many haven’t felt in years (if ever): clarity, self-trust, and a sense of steadiness. They understand their patterns, know how to regulate their nervous system when things feel too much, and can recognise rejection sensitivity and rumination before they spiral. They also start responding to themselves with compassion instead of criticism. Because when you understand the combination of ADHD and perimenopause, you can start building a life that actually works for you.

The goal isn’t to “fix” who you are. It’s to help you understand your wiring so you can work with your brain instead of constantly fighting it.

Further information

Alongside my professional training, my work is also shaped by the lived experience of ADHD and the realities of midlife motherhood. I understand how exhausting it can feel when your brain seems to work differently from the systems the world expects you to follow.

This is why my coaching focuses on compassion, nervous system awareness, and realistic strategies that work in everyday life, not perfection or rigid routines.

I believe deeply that when women understand their brains and feel supported, meaningful change becomes possible.

My work is particularly supportive for women who have been late-diagnosed with ADHD, are exploring a diagnosis, or who feel that perimenopause has intensified challenges around focus, emotional regulation, overwhelm, or self-trust.

Coaching with me is a collaborative and supportive process, grounded in curiosity, understanding, and bespoke strategies designed by you, for you.

I believe that the relationship between client and coach is key to successful outcomes. Because of this, I always offer a free 20-minute connection call so we can meet and see if we are the right fit for each other. Please see my website for more details on how to book this.
