About me
I'm Deepak, a career and leadership coach based in London.
I work with leaders and founders at career inflexion points, or who find themselves at career crossroads: whether you are having to step up or wanting to step aside.
My clients are mostly corporate leaders or startup founders dealing with overwhelm, prioritisation paralysis, or identity confusion as their roles or companies scale.
I know this territory from the inside. I've had 5 career pivots: Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Personal Training, Entrepreneurship, and now Coaching. I co-founded Oddbox, scaled it from a kitchen table to a nationwide B Corp with roughly £30M revenue and over £25M raised, then burnt out along the way. That experience, and the identity shift that followed, is what underpins how I coach.
Before Oddbox: I led complex projects for investment banks including Deutsche Bank, HSBC and BNP Paribas.
How I work
I mix coaching with selective mentoring. Some coaches won't give you their view. I will, when it's useful. The real work is helping you see your own patterns clearly enough to make different choices.
What to expect
The first session is a discovery conversation. We'll look at where you are, what's pulling at you, and whether there's a real fit.
After that, we work on what you're actually sitting with: prioritisation, leadership style, team dynamics, or the deeper question of what you want your work to be.

- Co-founder, Oddbox: scaled a sustainable food delivery company from zero to ~£30M revenue, nationwide B Corp, raised over £25M in 6 years
- Led complex projects for investment banks including Deutsche Bank, HSBC and BNP Paribas
- 5 career pivots across 4 countries and cultures: corporate finance, investment banking, personal training, entrepreneurship and coaching

I offer a free 30-minute discovery conversation. We'll look at where you are, what you're trying to move, and whether working together makes sense.
If there's a fit, we'll agree a structure that works for both of us. I typically work in blocks of sessions rather than open-ended retainers.

I live in London with my partner Emilie (who co-founded Oddbox with me), our daughter, and our cat Kylo.
Outside coaching: I'm a trustee and Events Pillar lead at Endlesham Hall Trust, and a moderator of the Cube, a peer-to-peer founder network.
I speak regularly at accelerators, panels and podcasts on founder resilience, identity transitions, D2C (Direct to consumer) and F&B (Food and Beverage), and leadership.
