About Auburn Coaching
Building a business and moving up the management ladder can be a lonely time, with many new challenges in both life and business. My own career, coupled with building my own business, places me perfectly to support ambitious business owners, organisational managers and lone leaders.
Providing a safe space, a sounding board and support to help you find your way through to where you REALLY want to be!
I use a blended, not “one size fits all”, approach to Coaching. Leading with evidence-based techniques that get results and also enable clients to understand what wellbeing really means for them, how to access and maintain it, as the foundation they need.
I offer in person and virtual sessions but I am particularly passionate about getting people outdoors and in nature - for all the benefit it brings in connection, solutions thinking, creativity and wellbeing. So, why not take a walk with me?
If you'd like to get outside (your office and your head!) then drop me a line, I'd love to find out more about you.
When I'm not coaching or consulting you'll generally find me outdoors and 'wandering' and especially on a bike. Taking part in ultra distance events, I have completed several IronMan triathlons, classics such as Paris-Brest-Paris and London-Edinburgh-London.
See you out there! Clare
