Do you want to gain momentum?
Perhaps you are moving up in management, a lone leader or CEO in a small team, building a business or looking to make significant change in life ...but feeling like you're are not sure which piece of the puzzle is first?
Running my own consultancy, along with my coaching and facilitation toolkit means I am perfectly placed to support those in change, challenge and beyond; including ambitious individuals, business owners, people leaders and teams.
I offer in person and virtual sessions and use a blended, not “one size fits all”, approach. Leading with evidence-based techniques that get results and also enable clients to understand the importance of wellbeing, how to access and maintain it, as the foundation they need to gain momentum from.
Can't see the wood for the trees?
I am particularly passionate about getting people outdoors and in nature - for all the benefit it brings in connection, solutions thinking, creativity and wellbeing.

About Clare
When I'm not coaching or facilitating you'll find me outdoors and 'wandering' in nature - especially by bike. I enjoy ultra sport as a hobby and what it teaches me to build an endurance mindset, for life and business.
I have completed several IronMan events, long distance cycling classics such as Paris-Brest-Paris and London-Edinburgh-London and more recently self support ultra cycling on mixed terrain, including the HT550 and The Alps Divide.
