About me

The coaching I offer can help you gain clarity on Personal or Professional questions or topics and support you to take the next steps towards having what you want in your life more fully.

I offer Life Coaching and Executive Coaching. I also offer Performance Coaching (for musicians and other performers). And in the Workplace; Strategy Coaching, Dyslexia Coaching, and Neuro-Diversity Coaching.

Typical topics include; Work, Health, Wellness, Relationship, Lifestyle, and Presentation skills (stage fright).

If you are at a point of major change or who have an important decision to make, I offer in-depth sessions (one to one or small groups), as well as packages of sessions to support change or development of a project or new skills.

For people how are interested in exploring life meaning, mission and purpose, I can work with you to go more deeply into something, to welcome the reality and possibilities of life more directly and to meet yourself and life more fully.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have extensive training and experience in many forms of coaching and facilitation.

Sessions draw on many different tools; I work extensively with imagery, symbol, metaphor and Clean Coaching. I have been using Inner Game Coaching since the mid-80's.

I also specialize in using music and movement to explore creativity and enhance communication. I received a Churchill Fellowship Award to research the transformational power of music around the world.

I am a Certified Relational Dynamic Coach with the Performance Training Company. An NLP Master Practitioner with PPD Pace Personal Development Ltd and Certified Trainer and Consultant with ITS International Teaching Seminars (ITS) and NLPU. I am a member of the GTCC (Global Training and Consulting Community).

Association for Coaching

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
