Hello, and a warm welcome to my page.
I’m Chloe and I am a qualified Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Meditation Practitioner working with people who are looking to improve their mental and emotional health. Although I am able to help with a variety of life's challenges, I predominantly focus on personal development and self-discovery.
My clients have come to me either because they feel stuck and unmotivated or have found themselves lingering in a procrastination stage. Most have low-confidence and low self-esteem and some have difficulty managing stressful situations and anxiety. A commonality between many is that they are wanting to have more life changing experiences, but don’t know where to start.
I am passionate about helping my clients to increase their feelings of happiness around their health, family, friends, relationships, workplace and career, physical and mental health.

I totally get it, after a series of unfortunate events in 2015, I had found myself in a low and dark place. I felt unfulfilled, lonely, stagnant and without a purpose. I just wanted to know how to be happy and to understand what that something more actually was.
On my journey, I discovered that there are many ways in which a person can bring positive changes into their life and that there are in fact, a combination of factors involved in the transformation itself, but it all starts with you - your mind, body and spirit.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I am an advocate for sustainable and ethical travel. I enjoy working with people who are wanting to have transformational and sustainable travel experiences to improve their mental and emotional health. They know they want to travel, but have low-confidence and low self-esteem and need some support and guidance to help them to get started.
My first solo trip was Central America, I backpacked Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico and Colombia across six amazing months! I had such an incredible experience, that opened up a whole new world to me. I made friends with people from all around the world, learned about new cultures and more than anything, I learned so much about me. It was one of the biggest and scariest things I had done, but without a doubt, the best leap I had ever taken. I am no exception, anyone can experience this, even you!
I also have experience in working with people who have travelled long-term and need help to find what comes next for them with Life After Travel. As someone who has been through this first-hand, I am able to understand where these wanderlusters are coming from and what they are going through, mentally and emotionally.

Fees
I offer a free and no obligation 30 minute introductory session to all new clients. During this time, we will discuss whether coaching with me is in fact what you want and need. If not, then don’t worry, I will help you to find the right help and support for you.
Each session is for one hour and is charged at £45-85, depending on your income and whether you want to work with me remotely or in-person. We will agree to the price in the initial session and this will remain fixed throughout the contract between us.
I would usually recommend between 4-12 sessions, depending on each person and what level of results they are looking to gain from their time with me. The duration is flexible and we will consistently review how things are going to see if any changes need to be made.

Further information
I mostly work online via Zoom or WhatsApp video calls, which allows me to work with clients internationally. However, when it is safe to do so, I can also offer face to face sessions in Newport/Caerphilly, Surrey/Hampshire and in and around Northampton if you would prefer to work with me in person.
