Hello, and a warm welcome. I’m Chloe and I am a qualified Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology and Meditation Practitioner working with people who are looking to improve their mental and emotional health, and to achieve specific goals or results in order to feel better and attract abundance.
I predominantly focus on personal development and self-discovery through travel experiences, although my training and experience means that I am able to help with a variety of life's challenges, and the coaching model that I use can be successfully applied to various areas of your life.
What is my purpose as a coach?
Using a combination of powerful questioning, cognitive behavioural intervention, the psychology of happiness and positivity and grounding techniques, I help my clients to identify their personal values, life mission and vision, leading to a positive increase in their feelings of happiness around their health, family, friends, relationships, workplace and career, physical and mental health.
When you find yourself in a place where you feel stagnant and unable to move into any direction, let alone the the path you want to take - it could be that you just need some support and guidance from a qualified professional. Since the beginning of time, humans have been turning to others for help, it is why we are here together and not alone in this world, albeit, sometimes it can feel that way.
A coach is someone who helps another person to achieve specific goals or results in both their personal and professional lives. Their role is to help someone to succeed at something. My passion in life is travel and the way it allows us to expand our awareness and shifts how we see ourselves and the world we live in. I love the way travel connects people from all corners of the globe and of course, the beauty and wonder it offers on your journey.
Therefore, my main objective as a qualified coach is to help others to improve their overall wellbeing and find direction in life through sustainable and ethical travel experiences, and because this all starts with a personal development journey prior to travel, I am also able to help those who are looking to make changes within their lives in general, but may be struggling with procrastination and confusion on where to begin.

I offer a free and no obligation 30 minute introductory session to all new clients should they want to discuss whether coaching with me is in fact what you want and need. If not, then don’t worry - I will help you to find the right help and support for you.
I mostly work online via Zoom or WhatsApp video calls, which allows me to work with clients internationally. I am also able to see clients in person - area dependant, so please let me know on enquiry if this is something you'd prefer.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

What is Travel Coaching?
A coach is someone who helps another person to achieve specific goals or results in both their personal and professional lives. Their role is to help someone to succeed at something. Some areas that coaches expertise in are: Business, Career, Health, Fitness, Sports and Confidence - to name a few.
Travel coaching is a focused area of coaching that aims to help individuals to reach specific travel related goals.
I am an advocate for mental health travel, which means the clients I tend to work closely with are those who are wanting to have transformational travel experiences to improve their mental and emotional health. They know they want to travel, but have low-confidence and low self-esteem and need some support and guidance to help them to get started.
This journey starts with a therapeutic and holistic approach, where my client begins to understand their thoughts and feelings, their goals and life mission and what they truly hope to gain from their travel experience. The next stage of the journey is where my clients learns how to plan their trip and have access to various resources and guides to help them to feel confident in booking and planning their own life changing adventure!
My first solo trip was Central America, I backpacked Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico and Colombia across six amazing months! I had such an incredible experience, that opened up a whole new world to me. I made friends with people from all around the world, learned about new cultures and more than anything, I learned so much about me. It was one of the biggest and scariest things I had done, but without a doubt, the best leap I had ever taken. I am no exception, anyone can experience this, even you!

From £55.00 to £75.00
Free initial telephone or online session
Each session is for one hour and is charged at £75.
I would usually recommend between 4-12 sessions, depending on each person and what level of results they are looking to gain from their time with me, and because we are all so different, our needs will be too.
You can see me weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as and when you feel like you need my support. The duration is flexible and we will consistently review how things are going to see if any changes need to be made.
This area of coaching is personal development coaching with the intent to travel, therefore I offer set packages that allow for us to do the pre-travel work on your mindset and mental health first, and then we move onto the planning and preparation stages of travel. We will talk in depth about your needs in the initial session and you can then decide on which program would suit you best.
- 1 month program - £ 290 - Four sessions, plus resources and activities.
- 2 month program - £ 520 - Eight sessions, plus resources and activities.
- 3 month program - £ 700 - Twelve sessions, plus resources and activities.

Do you feel there is something more you want to do with your life? I totally get it, after a series of unfortunate events in 2015, I had found myself in a low and dark place. I felt unfulfilled, lonely, stagnant and without a purpose. I just wanted to know how to be happy and to understand what that something more actually was.
On my journey, I discovered that there are many ways in which a person can bring positive changes into their life and that there are in fact, a combination of factors involved in the transformation itself, but it all starts with you - your mind, body and spirit.
I know how uncomfortable it can feel to be vulnerable and to open up to another person about how you are feeling and what you would like to gain from your life. You want to feel protected and not judged and know that nothing bad will happen as a result of you confiding in another person. That is a normal and very human way to feel and I would like to assure you that I offer a confidential, understanding and encouraging environment for you to explore your thoughts and goals. Once you have unburdened yourself and identified what direction you want to head in, you will become unstoppable in the best way.

Breaking out of procrastination and taking the step the move overseas.
I wanted to break out of the procrastination routine. Chloe genuinely took an interest in helping me to create some change, keeping me accountable, motivating and even the positive comments and reinforcements came into play to help that change. She remembered everything we discussed the previous week and then she would follow up on it and then we would make new plans, with specifics. Getting the meditations from this program and actually trying them has made a believer out of me and I will continue with them because I can see what it does. Identifying your ideal career that compliments your love for travel
