We all deserve peace and joy.
Life's reality however is that it is both light and shade. It presents challenges.

As a Professional Organiser and Declutterer and member of APDO (association of professional organisers and declutterers) I have years of face to face experience dealing with people. Furthermore, many of my clients are neurodivergent which has led me to have a specialist interest in ADHD and Autism. In particular executive function.
Having attended many courses of ADHD and Autism, (most recently with Professor Tony Attwood & Dr Michelle Garnett) and living in a neurodivergent household I am confident I can help you find ways of dealing with life, and looking at yours or your loved ones diagnosis in a new light, and coaching you with challenges you may be facing.
It can feel hard to prioritise time for yourself. I believe investing in you, benefits not just you, but those you come into contact everyday. Making you calmer, more present and able to respond rather than react to life's curved balls.

I’ve always been curious & fascinated by people. I’ve worked with patients in a healthcare setting and currently help people Declutter and Organise their homes. I also work with people with hoarding behaviours.
I have a special interest in the modern woman’s well being and supporting them with the juggle of their life, and all the roles they play.
Life has taught me wonderful ways to connect to myself to help me be fully present for those I love. And I love helping others find that within themselves.
