About me

"Charlotte’s coaching was super helpful for me to make sense of my busy brain, see things from a different perspective and come out with clarity as to how to best move forwards! A real joy to work with and I highly recommend 🫶🏼"

- Ellie Middleton, Autistic and ADHD Creator

So many people go through life feeling as though they are not good enough, not getting anywhere, failing and are generally rubbish at a lot of modern life.

None of that is true. It's the way society and our lives have developed which can leave us feeling like we lack the missing piece of how to "do" life successfully.

If you're looking for support whether you're neurodivergent or neurotypical but struggling with things common in busy brained people my blended approach of practical solutions and deep self-compassion work will help you get things moving in the direction you want them to go.

As a late diagnosed ADHD woman (I was diagnosed 2 years ago aged 36) I understand the huge curveball that even considering you MIGHT have ADHD can be and what a rollercoaster the diagnosis process can be (if you decide that's right for you).

From elation and validation that things suddenly “make sense” and it’s not just that you’re rubbish at life, to the (sometimes crushing) realisation that fundamentally nothing has changed in terms of how you experience life and the things you struggle with.

Self-Doubt

Grief

Anger

and feelings of “why me”

Can go hand in hand with

AMAZING I’m not broken!

Self-acceptance

Self-expression

And moments of pure Joy!

All of these and many more things are common and “normal” to feel but it can be a confusing time to navigate as you start to peel back the layers and bravely uncover what’s underneath.

I work as an ADHD coach to help women experiencing what I did figure out what’s going on and what on earth this all means for you!

You’re not alone

You’re not broken

You’re not weird

You’re individual, creative and valuable just for being the human being you are.

My coaching work is rooted in joyful imperfection, self-compassion, curiosity and transparency.

If you’re looking for support around working WITH your ADHD traits, navigating diagnosis or even making a decision about whether diagnosis is right for you, please get in touch to find out how I can help you.

The technical details... I'm an ICF certified coach, have spent over 300 hours training in coaching and behaviour change across a wide range of subjects along with countless hours of interest led learning and personal development to become a well rounded coach with lots of curiosity in helping you figure out what's best for yourself.

With me as your coach

-You'll start prioritising yourself in a way which doesn't make you feel guilty or selfish.

-You'll cultivate a practice of listening to your instinct and following this, rather than feeling like you're always saying yes to whatever other people say and tell you to do.

-You'll grow in confidence around setting beautiful boundaries which allow you to make time for what's most important in life.

-And you'll start to understand how your self-doubt is just one way your brain is keeping you safe, but that it doesn't need to be the thing which controls you.

“Charlotte helped me to reflect upon and reset my thought processes about career progression. I learned a lot about myself during the process, primarily about what was (and wasn't) important to me. Her ability to play back what she'd heard and work with me to formulate that into actions was invaluable. Charlotte is approachable, and I really responded to her style of coaching.”  - Claire Newstead, Head of Product Delivery

Testimonials:

"I was bowled over by the ease, focus and support Charlotte shared as a life coach, I literally ping ponged my way from discovery to discovery in each session. It was formidable, fun and enlightening to learn how I’d missed obvious detail in the past and it’s impact upon my life. I am so grateful to her for what she has given me in terms of the clarity and positivity, and how best to move on. Time with her has been so enriching, do not miss out!"

"I found the process of coaching with you immensely helpful in clarifying my thinking, and giving me motivation. Once the process was started then I became increasingly self-motivated which is what I'd hoped for, so it worked! You provided that 'sounding board' and non-judgemental voice to my thoughts; giving me a framework to formulate my thinking and permission to think freely without prejudice or preconceptions about possible outcomes."
