About me
I'm Caterina, an ICF PCC-accredited coach helping adults with busy, complex brains build clarity, focus, and a way of working (and living) that actually fits how they're wired.
I specialise in adult ADHD coaching, particularly with people who've recently received a diagnosis and are figuring out what that means for their life, work, and sense of self. Whether you're navigating burnout, rethinking your next career move, or just want a more sustainable rhythm to your days, coaching offers a grounded space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity.
My approach blends behavioural psychology, ontological coaching, and mindfulness- warm and direct- grounded in the belief that real change happens when people are supported to understand their brain, not fight it.
As part of every intake, I use validated screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS, WEMWBS) to make sure coaching is the right fit and to track progress over time. If screening indicates clinical levels of distress, I support clients in accessing appropriate clinical care first, rather than proceeding with coaching alone.
