Bill Mann - The Keep Calm Guy

About me

An author, speaker, and thought leader on how to navigate life's changes. I help looking to make positive changes in their own lives and careers, and those struggling to come to terms with life changing events.

I know all about it because I have learnt the hard way. As a victim of the London 7/7 bombs, and then losing my wife to cancer leaving a young family, I know what it takes to first face, and then embrace change. I had to rebuild my life and went from rock bottom to self-actualisation.

Life is short, you can't leave it to chance and hope things work out. You have to take control of your destiny. It is perfectly possible - I have done it. Yes, it takes time, it requires introspection, and above all self-mastery.

I have the proven tools, techniques, and strategies that have been applied successfully time and time again by myself and my clients to transform lives and careers. Here are just a few quotes from recent clients...

It’s easy to be overwhelmed at these times, but he provides a calm and non-judgemental safe place to explore and develop your thinking. His help and strategies have been valuable, and I am leaving my current role with a clear direction and focus. I highly recommend him, he is such an inspirational person. Thank you Bill, you’ve been an amazing help and support!" - Denise C.
