About me
Having trained and qualified as a Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner in 2015, I help support and guide my clients in all areas of their life. I am also a qualified and accredited Psychotherapist with CBT.
Mental health and emotional wellbeing is a particular passion and forte of mine, having experienced (and successfully managed) anxiety disorders over a decade ago.
Whether someone feels stuck in a rut, unsure of what path to take next, or needs some help with any aspect of their life, I'm here to listen and support confidentially and with no judgement.
My clients vary from wanting one off sessions, to weekly regular sessions. I am completely lead and guided by you and your needs and I work in a completely bespoke way for each of my clients.
Everyone is brilliantly unique, so full respect is given to the type of help and expertise you might require from me.
