Anna-Marie Watson (PCC) - Reach For More.
I craft unique coaching partnerships with my clients to achieve sustainable and healthy high performance. Every client experience is exclusively tailored to accommodate purpose and desired outcomes through my coaching business Reach for More.
My real passion is taking clients outdoors for walking & talking coaching before, during or after work. I developed the original concept from observations of transformational change whilst leading trekking expeditions in remote locations. I interweave knowledge from the Analytic-Network and Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) coaching models and iWAM and eDISC psychometric tools into organic conversations which flow naturally.
My second passion alongside coaching is ultra running where I compete at an international level with podium positions in the Marathon des Sables (2015) widely regarded as the "toughest footrace on earth", Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (170km with 10,000m ascent) and Half Marathon des Sable Fuerteventura. I've been supported by the French endurance company WAA since the beginning 2016.
Alongside my performance coaching client work I support youth development projects as a qualified Expedition Leader heading up expeditions for World Challenge and the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme.
Thanks for taking the time to read through my profile. How can I support you moving forwards?
A Few Kind Words...
Tanya, Hospitality Sector:
"Anna-Marie is a phenomenal coach, who with her sensitive and yet analytical questions managed to help me discover myself to a deeper and deeper level. She helped me to sort my thoughts and then see clearly what I was hiding from myself, and she did it with the greatest respect and giving me room and time throughout the process"

"I was incredibly sceptical about what coaching and mentoring could really do for me and how much I would really learn about myself that I hadn't already learnt after 16 years in the Army. Little did I know that, as a result of Anna-Marie's facilitation and insightful questioning, I would be empowered to completely change the direction in which my life was heading, leave my job, sell almost all of my worldly possessions, go travelling for 6 months and take the steps I needed to start living the life I had always dreamt about"
Kay, Maristow Chiropractic Clinic:
"Anna-Marie has helped me find my own solutions and inspired me to firstly clarify and then take action to move me towards my goals. In just a few months, the obstacles I now face seem less significant. She has a remarkable ability to prompt a moment of sudden revelation or self-realisation! I always return energised and focused with a renewed enthusiasm for tackling the challenges ahead".

Certified in Extended DISC Behaviour Profile Tool
Certified Inventory Work Attitudes & Motivation (iWAM) Profile Tool
Extended DISC® (eDISC®) and Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM®) personal analysis profile tools are an excellent starting point for performance coaching. The information generated from these online self-assessments creates a combination of visual aids and descriptors to highlight key areas, promote discussion and encourage reflective practice. The main benefits are discovered during a facilitated coaching session working with a professionally accredited eDISC® or iWAM® coach. Information is deconstructed through powerful questions to promote clarity on work-based opportunities, areas for development, current stressors and ensures the performance coaching process is transformational and improves performance.

Areas of coaching I deal with
Free initial telephone or online session
My door is always open to arrange our introductory free exploratory online session (30 mins), whether it’s to change the direction of your life, discuss a new venture, provide a listening ear, give a boost of motivation or facilitate team building or leadership training to up-skill or improve performance. There's then scope to head outdoors, meet face to face indoors (COVID dependent!) or continue online.
We initially scope our coaching partnership and discuss your level of financial investment in relation to your objectives, challenges and transformational developmental areas that have been identified.
I look forward to hearing from you, crafting a unique coaching partnership together and unlocking your potential to achieve sustainable peak performance.
Flexibility is key to maintain a work-life balance that works for you. Be in touch to discuss available times & I'm sure our schedules will align to accommodate our coaching partnership.
I love to take conversations outdoors to blend the benefits of movement and nature into the coaching experience. I first encountered these benefits from observations of transformational change in clients during trekking expeditions in Nepal and the UK.
Further personal research into areas of academic neuro-science and behavioural management provided scientific evidence to support improved cognitive function through kinesthetic action. The combination of physical movement, different environment and mental exploration creates an immensely different state, then subsequent outcomes.
"Walking is man's best medicine" - Hippocrates
Coaching outdoor sessions can be a lunchtime urban adventure, a wander along the Avon Valley canal, an exploration of the Cotswolds Way, further afield into the mountains of South Wales or an overseas venture. I have the following outdoor recognised National qualifications to support all of these options:
Mountain Leader (Assessment) Summer
British Mountaineering Council - Member
Outdoors First Aid Certification (16 hours)
I like to remember the closure of each coaching partnership through the planting of a tree. This signifies the ongoing growth of the client and links our work to the wider environment.
I'm also on a mission to encourage fellow coaches take their coaching practice outdoors across the world. I have co-written the chapter 'Outdoor eco-coaching' in the recently published 'The Coaches Handbook', co-present the biweekly podcast 'Coaching Outdoors' and regularly speak at national conferences, events or webinars to spread the word!
