About me

People come to coaching for many different reasons. You might be at a crossroads in your life or career, facing a difficult decision, stepping into a new role or greater responsibility, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or simply questioning what you want next.

I work with adults at different stages of their personal and professional lives. My clients have included executives and professionals, people navigating career transitions, university students, people in recovery, and those exploring challenges around ADHD, relationships, confidence and wellbeing.

What I've learned from working with such a varied group of people is that the issue we start with is not always where the most useful conversation takes us. A career decision may also involve confidence or identity. Difficulties at work may be connected to relationships, wellbeing or neurodiversity. Recovery can bring questions about purpose, identity and what comes next. Our lives rarely fit neatly into separate boxes, and my coaching reflects that.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you start.

Some people come to coaching knowing exactly what they want to change or achieve. Others simply know that something isn't working, that they feel stuck, or that they would value having the space to work out what they really think and want.

I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and think openly. I will support you, but I will also challenge you when that is helpful. I won't tell you what you should do or give you a formula to follow. Instead, we'll work together to understand what's happening, explore different perspectives and identify ways forward that feel meaningful and achievable for you.

Coaching that is shaped around you

No two people experience the world in quite the same way, and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. I am interested in understanding how you think, what matters to you, what your strengths are, what may be getting in your way and what kind of change will actually work for you.

That is particularly important in my work with neurodivergent clients. Rather than starting from the assumption that you need to become better at fitting into a particular way of working or living, we can explore what works for you and develop approaches that are realistic and sustainable.

I also work with people in recovery. Coaching can provide space to think about not only sustaining change, but the wider life you want to build around it. That might involve relationships, work, confidence, identity, wellbeing, purpose or simply discovering what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.

Personal and professional change

My work spans life, career, executive and leadership coaching. I support people through career transitions and changing professional identities, as well as those stepping into leadership, taking on greater responsibility or wanting to think differently about how they work and lead.

For others, the focus may be more personal: confidence and self-belief, relationships, motivation, boundaries, navigating uncertainty or understanding patterns that keep repeating.

Often, of course, it's a combination. I work with the whole person rather than assuming that the professional and personal parts of our lives can—or should—always be separated.

Whatever brings you to coaching, our work is about creating the space to understand yourself and your circumstances more clearly, see possibilities that may have been difficult to see before, and turn that insight into practical, sustainable change.
