About me
With more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and groups, I help people work towards their personal and professional goals.
I am a qualified coach and learning and development practitioner, with qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring, Learning and Development, Counselling Skills, and NLP.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and straightforward. I listen without judgement, work at your pace, and focus on what matters most to you. That might be dealing with a personal challenge, working towards a professional goal, building your confidence, or simply getting clearer about what you want and what comes next.
I am a certified Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway coach and trainer delivering coaching sessions and training programmes based on the teachings of Dr Susan Jeffers and her best selling book Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway©
Together, we look at where you are now, where you would like to be, and the options available to help you get there. I will not tell you what to do. I will listen, ask questions, and give you the support and encouragement you need to find your own way forward.
Sometimes we can feel like a back-seat passenger in our own lives. Coaching can help you move into the driving seat, make choices with greater confidence, and take practical steps towards the life you want.
What I offer
Individual coaching
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions in person or online. Each session is tailored to you and the personal or professional goals you want to work towards.
Using a blend of coaching and NLP techniques, I help you talk things through, understand what may be holding you back, and work out the next steps that feel right for you.
Coaching programmes
I offer structured one-to-one coaching programmes for those who would like more focused support over a number of sessions.
We look at where you are now, where you want to be, and what might be getting in the way. Together, we can work on building your confidence, challenging unhelpful beliefs, exploring the choices available to you, and turning those choices into practical steps.
Group workshops
I deliver informal and relaxed Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway© workshops over two to four half-days, either in person or online.
Workshops can also be tailored to the needs of the group and can cover confidence, personal development, managing change, overcoming challenges, and moving forward.
They are available to individuals, organisations, community groups, and charities across the island of Ireland and beyond.
Areas of experience
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of individuals and communities, including:
Women dealing with difficult or challenging situations, including those affected by domestic abuse, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and major life changes.
Parents dealing with complex family situations, including child-to-parent violence and raising neurodivergent children
People returning to work or looking for employment who want to build their confidence and get clearer about their next step
People living with or affected by mental health challenges
Those impacted by drug or alcohol misuse
Charitable and community organisations across Northern Ireland
Whatever has brought you to coaching, I offer a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and work things through without judgement. My aim is to help you feel more confident, more in control, and ready to take your next step.
