About me
With more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and groups realise and achieve their personal and professional goals, I bring a practical, compassionate approach to coaching grounded in proven techniques and real-world results.
I am a qualified coach and learning & development practitioner, holding qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring, Learning & Development, Counselling Skills and NLP.
I listen without judgement, work at your pace, and focus on what matters most to you whether that's a personal challenge, a professional goal, or simply finding more confidence and clarity in your life.
Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway®
I am the only registered and qualified Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway® Coach and Trainer in Northern Ireland licensed for individual one-to-one sessions, mental health, and charitable organisations.
Based on the teachings of Susan Jeffers and her worldwide bestseller Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, I guide clients through a journey of self-discovery exploring where you are, where you want to be, and the options available to get you there. As part of a worldwide network of licensed instructors, I am passionate about helping people overcome what holds them back, both personally and professionally.
My approach is simple: I listen, I don't judge, and I provide the encouragement you need to move from being a back-seat passenger in your own life into the driving seat where you'll discover a life defined by choice, confidence, and opportunity.
