About me
I am a Confidence Coach who is passionate about helping women to succeed.
I am a success facilitator and an encouragement expert who provides clarity and direction for women. I support them in exploring possibilities and increase their confidence.
I specialise in confidence, self-esteem, empowerment, self-care and relationship coaching. I provide solution-focussed coaching through a balance of support and challenge, powerful questions and reflective feedback which supports women in realising their own potential.
I am results orientated in supporting women to identify and remove barriers to their confidence and enable behavioural shifts. Using simple creative and action focussed techniques and sound practical advice I have seen my clients achieve remarkable results.
I always create a warm, safe, relaxed, creative and fun coaching environment.
My clients a predominantly women, however, I have had the privilege and wonderful experience of working with amazing male clients too.
Training, qualifications & experience
At a point during a major life setback, I began to take charge of my own life and spent a number of years studying counselling and participating on an intensive programme of self-awareness, self-development and personal growth.
Having qualified and gained Certificates in Counselling Skills, I then channelled my energies into seeking a role other than that of a traditional counsellor. In 2003 I became a certified Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams Teacher and Workshop Leader (based on the philosophy of Louise Hays). This qualification naturally led me to studying Life Coaching and becoming a fully certified professional Life Coach.
I work throughout the UK and by combining my own life experiences and professional expertise I have created a distinctive blend of my skills and knowledge for the benefits of individuals and businesses.
As well as providing one to one and group coaching, I have also facilitated workshops for businesses and organisations such as Business Link, Socially Shared, Coventry Wire, Networking Mummies, NHS Partnership, local social enterprises, International Women's Day on behalf of Women Business Development Association (WBDA), women's business networking and I have been a speaker at inspirational seminars and coached individuals internationally.
I possess a natural vibrant personality, revealing my passion and enthusiasm which are contagious, combined with the perfect blend of humour. With a genuine belief in people, I enjoy using my unique skills and abilities to lead, support and inspire others. I am dedicated and committed to being a source of inspiration and delight in encouraging all I meet to embody the very best in themselves and transform their lives.
I lead by example, and I am fully committed to my own personal growth. I practice what I preach and have a deep level of respect and rapport with all of my clients and audiences. I bring to each coaching session a wealth of personal experience, which I share with breath-taking openness and honesty, quintessentially providing a warm and confidential environment which is thought provoking and fun.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
