I'm Angela Cox, an award-winning behavioural change Life Coach, operating in London and Bedfordshire, with international video-call clients.

I do this using a range of Neuroscience based techniques and my empathic nature, allowing you to identify and re-record your subconscious programmes before helping you to create the life you desire and grow into a truly authentic version of yourself.

After a long career in consulting and senior/exec corporate roles, I made a switch in September 2018, set up my own company and retrained. I have already coached over 170 private clients using my unique approach which combines life coaching, business coaching and holistic therapies.

I truly believe that the events of our past can get in our way in the future and these events may not even figure on your radar, but they are there, chipping away at the self-esteem, locked deep in the subconscious mind. I can help you re-programme these events and the limiting beliefs that accompany them. I also deliver workshops on self-talk, motivational speaking events and panel interviews.
