I am a certified coach working with business leaders and professionals at career crossroads.
The work is about helping clients grow into themselves; creating a space to explore and discover; somewhere to find the insights and energy for impactful changes and meaningful growth.

As a business leader or founder our coaching work will vary and typically evolve. You might arrive feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or needing to redefine or reenergise your business. As things progress, you will have more head space to tackle challenges and pursue opportunities in a more coherent, strategic way.

My Background
My background of three decades founding and leading Fantasy League has given me an understanding of the challenges of building and evolving business as well as the lived experience of holding this responsibility as a founder.
Since 2019 I’ve brought this experience together with psychodynamic coach trainings with INSEAD and the AoEC to help leaders at different points in their business journeys and individuals at pivotal points in their careers.
My approach blends practical problem-solving, creativity and psychological thinking. Our coaching work will offer you the time and space to get a truer sense of who you really are and what you really want, so that we can establish a clear foundation and focus from which you can make practical, meaningful changes wherever you need them most.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified coach from the Academy of Executive Coaches, working with a cross-section of clients including leaders, managers, consultants and founders on issues such as purpose, authenticity, career transition and leadership.
I founded Fantasy League, the company that originated fantasy football in the 1990's. Leading the company for three decades, I developed teams that evolved the business through an ever-changing landscape; building partnerships with The Telegraph, BBC, Sky Sports, Barclays and JP Morgan.
Alongside one-to-one coaching I also run groups bringing peers together to work and support one another towards important work and life goals.

A supportive and encouraging space that complements your one-to-one coaching.
You also have the option to join a group of peers that meet regularly to support and encourage one another towards important work / life goals.
As part of a close-knit group you will find:

- A trusted space to bounce ideas and opportunities off others

Free initial telephone or online session
Additional information
I typically work with you over several months to ensure you can put changes into place in a lasting way.
We start with a free 90 minute session to understand your motivations for coaching and to explore our fit working together.
Then we design a programme together, which will typically comprise a programme of 60 or 90 minute sessions over a 3-6 month period.
Rates are flexible and dependent on the length of sessions and duration of your programme.
You also have the option to join a small group of peers where you can work in a supportive environment with others.
