I am a certified coach working with clients with a range of needs, including career and life changes, developing a business, growth as a leader, direction and purpose.

Our coaching will offer you the time and space to get a truer sense of who you really are and what you really want, so that we can establish a clear foundation and focus from which you can make practical, meaningful changes wherever you need them most.

My Background

I introduced fantasy football to the UK in 1991, steering Fantasy League for the last three decades, as it established itself into the mainstream and the fabric of football.

It's been a journey that was as challenging as it was rewarding, where I learnt as much about myself as about running a business

Over time, I've come to understand how important it is to get hold of who you are and what really matters, so you can bring them together to work in a more fulfilling way.

As an ICF accredited coach, I provide leadership coaching, career coaching and group coaching to help clients become more purposeful and more themselves at critical points in their careers.

Coaching Groups

A supportive and encouraging space that complements your one-to-one coaching.

You also have the option to join a group of peers that meet regularly to support and encourage one another towards important work / life goals.

As part of a close-knit group you will find:

• Space to think out loud and get fresh, unbiased, perspective
• Access to collective experiences, resources and connections
• A trusted space to bounce ideas and opportunities off others
• A catalyst to think more creatively and expansively
• Accountability in creating and attaining goals
• A combined wisdom much greater than the sum of its parts

I typically work with you over several months to ensure you can put changes into place in a lasting way.

We start with a free 90 minute session to understand your motivations for coaching and to explore our fit working together.

Then we design a programme together, which will typically comprise a programme of 60 or 90 sessions over a 3-6 month period.

Rates are flexible and dependent on the length of sessions and duration of your programme.

You also have the option to join a small group of peers where you can work in a supportive environment with others.
