Hi, I’m Andrew an Executive Coach living in Ashtead, Surrey.

I support new and existing leaders with goal setting, prioritisation, handling stress and anxiety, to become confident and creative colleagues.

I love to work with dedicated professionals who are brilliant at their job but feel out of their depth and are overwhelmed since they’ve been promoted to a leadership role. I help them discover their own style of management by being more themselves, enabling them to be confident and creative leaders that are respected by their team.

I also enjoy working with founders and others in C-suite roles, supporting them to become authentic leaders. Acting as a sounding board, I support them them weigh-up difficult decisions in what can be quite lonely roles.

At a time when I felt personally and professionally stuck, working with a coach was transformative in helping me recognise the imposter syndrome that was holding me back in my career. Coaching enabled me to build my confidence to improve my work life balance, to develop a style of leadership that was authentic to me and to feel fulfilled and in control of my life and career.

I draw on my personal and professional experience in my coaching. Whether it is building high-performing teams, embedding value-led cultures, leading complex change programmes, building confidence, setting goals, looking to change role or for a promotion, there isn’t much that I haven’t experienced across a varied career.

My coaching style is simple and straightforward, empowering and empathetic, not directive. The approach will be tailored to your requirements, rather than following any set models or programmes. Within a supportive and safe space, I will listen without judgement, question and challenge you to identify the assumptions or limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.

You may never have had conversations where you have been really heard before. Active listening and potent questions, coupled with uninterrupted time to think, will allow you to fully unleash your own creativity and potential.

My passion is supporting individuals to become authentic leaders by being more themselves and being comfortable with showing their vulnerability.

I operate a sliding scale of fees for coaching according to seniority and whether you are in the private, public, or third sector. 

I typically operate an hourly rate and offer one session for free if you book 5 sessions in advance - e.g. £120 for a single session and £600 for 6.

Coaching is an investment but it should feel excellent value for money for the benefits you will gain from the experience.

Coaching sessions typically last around an hour, are completely confidential and take place via Microsoft Teams, Google Meets or Zoom or face to face sessions in London or the Surrey Hills.

An initial exploratory conversation to discuss your situation and the support you need is free of charge. It may be that you are stuck with an issue which can be resolved with a single session helping you see things from a new perspective. Alternatively, it may take a number of sessions over several months to support you with a career or life transition.

I also offer a monthly retainer for senior executives.   Corporate rates are available on request.

I am married with two grown up sons.

As well as being a coach, I am a trustee of Thames Festival Trust, an arts and education charity; a governor of a local primary school; and a volunteer at The Listening Place, a charity that supports people with suicidal feelings.

To relax, I enjoy reading, the theatre, cooking, spending time with friends and family and going on very long walks.
