About me
Life rarely pauses to give us time to think. You might be stepping into a bigger role, returning to work after a career break, weighing up a change of direction or simply sensing that something no longer quite fits. Whatever the change, it can be hard to find the space to work out what you really want.
I’m an Executive & Transition Coach, and I offer that space. I work with professionals and parents going through change, helping them gain clarity, see their situation from a fresh perspective and make choices that feel right for them.
Before I became a coach, I spent over 17 years in international tax, first at PwC and then in senior in-house roles with global companies. I understand demanding careers, high expectations and the decisions that come with them. Later I founded and ran my own baby massage business, working closely with new parents through one of life’s biggest transitions.
My approach
Coaching is a thinking partnership and a journey rather than a quick fix. My approach is to coach the whole person and not the problem. Rather than giving advice, I help you explore what matters to you and find your own answers. I balance reflection with purposeful action, so insight turns into real change.
I know as a parent that work, wellbeing, relationships and ambitions are all connected. You can expect genuine curiosity, thoughtful challenge and complete confidentiality.

- Insight & Direction, a small group course (maximum four people), which can be a first step before one-to-one coaching

Training, qualifications & experience
Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). This is an ICF, EMCC and AC tripple accredited course.
I am a member of the EMCC and work within the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
I am fully insured and registered with the ICO.
I have over 17 years in international tax at PwC, International Power and ENGIE, including Latin America tax leadership living and working in Brazil. I have also managed international tax for European & Australian portfolios at Engie in Europe and Australia. Volunteering in Ghana for VSO whilst on a career break has also broadened my world view and human experience.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide. Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience. Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Single Session: £85 (60 minutes)
3 Session Package: £225 (£75 per session)
6 Session Package: £420 (£70 per session)
