About me
The demands are high. Expectations are increasing. Leaders are often required to influence without direct authority, navigate competing priorities and make decisions that affect people, culture and performance.
This is where coaching can make a practical difference.
My work focuses on unlocking the critical capabilities that sit at the centre of effective leadership. In practice, this means:
- Better communication. Handling difficult conversations with greater confidence.
- Better relationships. Influencing leadership without relying on authority.
- Better decisions. Making clearer decisions under time, commercial and operational pressures.
I take a systemic approach to coaching. That means I do not look at individuals or teams in isolation. I work with people in the context of the wider system they operate within - relationships, organisational dynamics, competing priorities, formal accountabilities and the pressures that shape behaviour and decision-making day-to-day.
The aim is not to provide off-the-shelf answers, it is to help you and your teams think more clearly, communicate more effectively and understand how your actions influence the wider system around you.
Alongside executive coaching, I bring over a decade of practical experience in safety leadership, behaviour and culture influence across complex delivery environments.
That matters, because context matters. In modern organisations, better leadership is rarely just about individual capability. It is about how people relate, how challenge is given and received and how decisions are made across the wider system.
