Hi, I’m Aimee.
I’m an EMCC-accredited coach with more than 25 years’ experience across leadership, learning and development, and communication.
Much of my work is with senior professionals who are navigating complexity at work. People who carry significant responsibility, but who rarely get the space to pause and think things through.
Coaching offers that space.
My approach is non-directive and reflective. Rather than giving advice, I work alongside you to help you explore what is really going on, clarify what matters, and find your own way forward.
Clients often bring questions around confidence, leadership, change, decision-making and career direction. Sometimes they simply need a place to think out loud about the pressures and possibilities that come with senior roles.
Sessions are held online and typically last 90 minutes to allow proper thinking space.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an EMCC Senior Practitioner - accredited coach and trained Transformative Coach, with a strong grounding in reflective, non-directive practice.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience working as an internal coach within organisational settings, supporting professionals navigating complexity, confidence challenges and career transitions. My background includes working with mid to senior-level individuals in commercial, creative and sales-led environments.
My approach is neuro-inclusive, informed by specialist training through Animas, and rooted in creating thoughtful, psychologically safe space for clients to think clearly, reconnect with their judgement and move forward with confidence.
I am committed to ongoing professional development, supervision and ethical practice.
