Hello, I’m Agata, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, Mother, and advocate for using life and career transitions as catalysts for self-discovery and meaningful growth.

My approach is reflective, structured, and creative. It is designed to support people navigating complexity in life, at work, or across both, and to help them develop clarity, confidence, and a way of making decisions they can rely on over time.
My work is client-centred, grounded in partnership, trust, and responsibility, supporting you to make choices that feel coherent, intentional, and sustainable.

About me and my professional background:
I am originally from Italy and moved to the UK in 2011. Since then, I have built a varied career across events, sales, recruitment and talent acquisition, giving me first-hand experience of different professional environments, career paths and workplace transitions. I’ve also built and run two businesses, my current coaching practice and a previous business in catering and events.
These experiences have shaped my particular interest in supporting people through periods of change and transition.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organisation dedicated to professional coaching.
I bring over 500 hours of coaching practice and am committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards through ongoing development.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide. Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience. Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
