Working well: 10 things to support neurodivergent employees
Do you want to better support neurodivergent employees, but feel unsure where to begin?
Many well-intentioned managers and colleagues worry about getting it wrong. The good news is that you do not need to have all the answers. Small changes in how we communicate, set expectations and respond to individual needs can make a meaningful difference.
In this free, supportive one-hour workshop, I’ll share 10 things to be aware of when working with neurodivergent employees. We will look beyond labels and assumptions to explore the real experiences that can affect someone at work, including communication, feedback, sensory needs, workload, confidence and disclosure.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of how neurodivergent differences may show up in the workplace, alongside practical ideas you can start using straight away.
My approach is grounded in current research, HR-informed practice, and my lived experience as a neurodivergent employee and manager across both public and private-sector workplaces. This is a calm, jargon-light space to ask questions, reflect, and build confidence (without judgement).
This workshop is for: managers, HR professionals, team leaders and colleagues who want to create a more neuroinclusive workplace.
Free, one-hour, practical, compassionate, and down-to-earth.
