I would like to invite all mums to the six-week online coaching program that will start in June.

This is an opportunity for mums to focus on their personal development, well-being and parenting skills in a friendly setting. All details are provided below. Feel free to contact me for more information.

The Mindful Mum program is for you if you want:

  • stop the negative self-talk
  • learn how to prioritise your own needs
  • find out how to relax or calm down when you have screaming kids around you

How does it work?

  • Six 75-minute group coaching sessions on Zoom.
  • Two 30-minute one-to-one sessions before and after the program.
  • Emailed weekly learning materials and assignments.
  • Access to Zoom recordings.
  • Dedicated support WhatsApp/Telegram group.
