About this event

If you are toying with the idea of going solo, a start-up or an established owner-run business wanting to take stock, pivot or scale-up, then my 'Starter for Ten' business coaching experience is tailor-made (literally)! for you.

It has been designed to get you off the blocks so that you walk away with a business strategy and personal development plan giving you the clarity and confidence you need to make progress.

There is an option to receive ongoing business coaching should you wish, however, there is no obligation - you’ll have everything you need to go solo at this point.

Think of me as your short term hired in business and thinking partner and someone who will offer you all the challenge and support you need.

What’s in store?

  •  initial consultation and discovery session (lasting up to one hour)
  •  professional coaching proposal with an ongoing business coaching option
  •  a business strategy, personal development and reflective questions exercise
  •  two-hour business coaching session

"Working with Karen has been a pleasure. Her business planning session made me focus on my strengths, allowed me to get an understanding of my clients, and map out a strategy to guide me. She helped me understand the power of my thoughts and how they impact the way I view my business. With Karen's help I feel I have become more confident, got more clarity, and have learnt so much about myself, my business, and my clients."

Karen is a Henley trained Executive Coach who works with businesses, teams and individuals. 'The pandemic is making a lot of people think about their life and work, and yet it is our thinking that can so often stop us in our tracks. The coaching process frees you up to re-think, let go and create something new, it's powerful stuff' she says.
