A free 45-minute online circle for professional women, business owners and women navigating change. Pause, breathe and step away from everyday pressure in a warm, mindful space with women who understand. Come as you are and leave feeling calmer, clearer and more like yourself.

You’re capable, committed and carrying a lot for your work, your family and friends, and yourself. Yet finding time and space simply to pause can feel almost impossible.

Reset and Restore is a free 45-minute online circle for professional women, business owners and women navigating change or transition. It offers a warm, grounded space to step away from the pressure of everyday life, quieten the inner critic and reconnect with yourself and other women who understand.

Held live on Zoom in a small group, the experience includes gentle mindfulness, reflection and conversation. Everything is invitational: you are welcome to share, listen or simply enjoy being in the company of others.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • pause, breathe and settle;
  • reconnect with what you need;
  • experience simple practices to support calm and clarity;
  • feel heard and supported without judgement;
  • leave feeling restored, energised and more like yourself.

There is nothing to prepare and nothing to prove. Come as you are, bring a warm drink and give yourself 45 minutes of space.

This free experience also offers an introduction to the Elementas Women’s Compassionate Leadership Circle or a chance to experience mindfulness and compassion in a coaching setting.

  • Cost: Free (small group 4-6 per session)
  • Who: Women
  • Group size: Small and carefully held
