In this training, you will understand

  • what is our conscious and subconscious mind?
  • why should we understand them?
  • what are emotions? Where they come from?
  • who causes the emotions in me?
  • and many more related questions will be answered in this training

Lack of the understanding of our conscious and subconscious mind is one of the very basic things which results later in poor life decisions, confusion, affects your happiness and satisfaction levels, and quality of life.
