Morning mindfulness meditation
I am leading a mindfulness meditation every morning, Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 7.30 am.
This is an online free event that will continue until the lockdown is lifted. I will be teaching techniques for managing stress, anxiety and depression.
A range of different meditations will be offered. These are taken from my 15 years experience of learning different meditation styles.
No meditation experience is necessary as you will be guided throughout and questions answered at the beginning and end of each session. If you would like to join me send me an email to register your place.
Sunday mindfulness meditation
Every Sunday at 2 pm I lead a meditation, blessing and healing for the world. Everyone is welcome and this too is free.

I trained with Paul McKenna & Richard Bandler and then assisted them both. I have studied and practice mindfulness & buddhist chanting. I have a masters degree in psychological coaching.
