Managing stress and anxiety workshop
We all experience a level of stress or anxiety at some point in life, for many people this may be hardly noticeable but for others can act as a barrier from achieving their potential or enjoying life to the full.
This half-day workshop will help attendees to understand exactly what stress and anxiety are on both a physical and psychological level. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of why we experience them, how it can work for us and how to keep it under control.
When: Thursday 15th February 10am-1pm.

The workshop will run with a maximum of four delegates to allow the time for group sharing and an individual focus. Light refreshments will be provided.
Who will run the workshop?
The workshop will be led by Nicky Yassin, a certified life coach, therapist and havening practitioner. Nicky has many years of working in different therapeutic models and specialises in helping people to overcome stress and anxiety and the problems associated with them.
