About the event
Your 1:1s are either your highest-value conversation of the week, or a tick-box in the diary. For most leaders, they drift into the second. They get rescheduled when things get busy, turn into status updates, and end with you solving your team’s problems for them. Then you wonder why everything still comes through you.
Intentional 1:1s are where you build the confident, self-sufficient team you want, and there’s no better time to reset them than before the new year starts.
By the end of this free lunchtime taster session, you will:
- Know how to structure 1:1s that balance tactical, strategic and personal conversation, not just task updates
- Be able to give and ask for feedback that lands in the flow of a normal conversation

- 12:00 to 12:30 – practical, focused content you can use that afternoon
- 12:30 to 13:00 – optional open Q&A. Bring your real 1:1 challenges, your team’s challenges or your organisation’s challenges.
