Kitty Corrigan was Deputy Editor and Eco Editor of Country Living magazine in London for 16 years before moving to Hay in 2012. She now works freelance for Country Living, Country Homes and Interiors, Period Living, Saga, NFU Countryside and Food and Travel magazine.
She also works year-round as an editor and writer for Hay Festival, the UK's biggest book festival. She has collaborated with photographer Andrew Montgomery and cook Cherie Denham on two books about Irish food and culture, entitled The Irish Bakery and The Irish Kitchen. And a third book, about a hotel retreat on the Aegean coast in Turkey, has just been published.
