Hello journaling - monthly
Yvonne has created these monthly short journaling sessions to allow you time to reflect and consider what you're feeling about things and specifically focus on the month ahead to keep on track. They run at the end of each month in the quiet space of a late Sunday morning.
Journaling regularly supports you in keeping on track with your goals, desires and life in general and is a commitment to yourself. Getting what we want for ourselves and our lives requires taking positive action.
Yvonne will use different journaling techniques to support you monthly. Each session starts and ends with a short relaxation. As we become present and allow ourselves to focus on what's important, prioritise and reflect, we can find ourselves in a stronger and more resourceful place, despite whatever our circumstances may be.
The group environment is always relaxed, respectful and supportive.
As a NLP master practitioner and life coach, Yvonne supports clients through change to give them more confidence, help them become 'unstuck' and move forward - keeping them focused, motivated and on track. Sessions are designed to open up horizons and create new possibilities. Yvonne also runs a range of inspiring workshops for positive change.
