Solution-focused life coach and author Dr Gary Wood is offering FREE speed coaching sessions (on Skype or telephone) to help you to refocus your goals, whether career or business-based, work-life balance, personal, or professional development.

Gary is the author of 'Unlock Your Confidence', in which he blends solution-focused coaching techniques with social psychology to produce a unique and highly effective coaching approach. You'll be surprised at how much can be achieved in such a short space of time.

Time slots are on the hour and half past the hour, and last 20 minutes. One session per person.
