This warm, supportive circle invites you to slow down and enter the world of dreams. You’ll learn, or deepen, ways to remember and record your dreams, while exploring the rich language and symbolism of the soul through a range of approaches.

Vivid, recurring, scary, magical, epic, or disturbing dreams are all welcome here! No experience is needed, and you don’t even have to share a dream to take part. Time may be limited, so we might not be able to hear everyone’s dream during this session.

It’s not dream analysis, or jumping to simple ‘dream dictionary’ meanings. Each person is different, and your dreams are uniquely your own. This morning will give you ways to understand your own dreams that you can start using straight away.

Cost: £25-40 sliding scale based on resources. Includes drinks and lovely cakes!
