Self-compassion coaching course for men in business

This is a confidential 1-to-1 coaching journey offering a trusted, confidential space for men in business to cultivate self-kindness, emotional clarity and grounded leadership.

Designed for men aged 35 to 65 in leadership, founder, director or senior management roles who recognise that professional success does not always bring inner ease. Many high-performing men are supported by a strong inner driver. Over time, that same drive can narrow awareness, increase internal pressure and reduce connection to self and others.

This coaching offers an alternative foundation, rooted in mindful self-compassion.

Lou is a seasoned executive coach with over 30 years of commercial experience. She understands the realities of leadership and offers a space where you can speak openly, reflect honestly and explore your inner experience with care and respect.

Four-session coaching journey

Each session weaves reflective coaching dialogue with mindful self-compassion principles and emotional regulation practices, directly connected to your leadership context.

Session 1

Foundations of self-compassion and stress awareness. Exploring how stress physiology influences discernment, presence and relationships.

Session 2

Working with the inner critic. Bringing awareness to patterns of self-judgement and gently cultivating a more balanced and supportive inner voice.

Session 3

Emotional regulation and relational awareness. Deepening connection to your inner experience and strengthening capacity for attuned communication.

Session 4

Integration and values-aligned leadership. Clarifying what matters most and identifying sustainable next steps.

We also explore how many men have been socialised to prioritise strength and independence, and gently strengthen emotional literacy and compassionate leadership capacity alongside these qualities.

Between sessions, a brief reflective practice supports ongoing awareness and integration.
