ADHD & AuDHD Coach | UKCP Psychotherapist | Harley Street

About me

If you're drained from 'holding it all together' – managing a demanding career, fractured relationships, family pressures and old patterns you can't seem to outgrow – you're not alone.

Maybe a late ADHD or autism diagnosis has reshaped your entire life story. Maybe you recognise yourself in AuDHD, carrying both experiences while never quite fitting either description. Perhaps addiction, whether to alcohol, substances or behavioural patterns, became the way your nervous system coped with what nobody around you saw. Or maybe burnout has taken hold quietly and completely, and the version of yourself you've been performing as is no longer workable.

My name is Sabbir, and I am a UKCP psychotherapist and EMCC-accredited coach with over a decade of NHS and private practice experience. I specialise in ADHD and neurodivergent coaching, supporting professionals, leaders and high-achieving adults who have spent years masking, overworking, people-pleasing or self-medicating, and are now ready to build a life that works with their brain, not against it.

Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful and driven. From the outside, they may appear successful and in control. Inside, they may feel overwhelmed, emotionally hollowed out, stuck in cycles of avoidance or overcommitment, or unsure why life seems to require so much more effort than it appears to for others.

My coaching approach blends practical goal-setting with the deeper insight of psychotherapy. This means we don't only focus on what you want to change; we also examine why you've been stuck, what patterns keep recurring, and what kind of structure, support and accountability will actually help those changes endure.

I help clients with confidence coaching, personal development, career progression, leadership development, executive coaching, motivation, self-esteem and major life transitions. This work is particularly powerful when neurodivergence, anxiety, burnout or emotional overwhelm is part of the picture.

Sessions are practical, structured and collaborative. Together, we identify what's going on, why it matters, and what to do next. You'll leave sessions with greater clarity, actionable strategies and a stronger sense of direction, rather than simply more awareness without a plan.

I also offer relationship and couples coaching for partners navigating conflict, emotional distance, communication difficulties, trust issues, separation, divorce, or the weight of stress, burnout or neurodivergence within the relationship. Sessions create a structured space to understand each other's patterns, move past blame, communicate more openly and begin restoring connection.

What makes my approach different is that I trained as a psychotherapist first. Whether we're working on career progression, self-confidence, relationships or leadership, I bring a depth of clinical understanding to the coaching process. We work with both the practical and emotional layers of change, so that progress feels grounded, realistic and sustainable.

My eldest son's autism diagnosis fundamentally shaped the course of my career. After his diagnosis, I spent years working with neurodivergent children and their families, and began to see how often capable, driven people are also the most quietly running on fumes. That intersection of high performance and hidden neurodivergent struggle is where I do some of my most meaningful work.

I work in person at Harley Street and City Road, Angel, and online across the UK. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, motivation, relationship strain, career change or a major life transition, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call where we can have a frank conversation about what's going on, what challenges you're facing, and how coaching can help you move forward.
