About me
I specialise in business, career and life coaching, taking pride in supporting people through the challenging transitions which we all face at times in our lives.
I aim to make the coaching process enjoyable and fun whilst creating a context of rich personal learning to enable my clients to regain their confidence, recognise their values and re-motivate themselves to identify and achieve their personal and career goals.
Many of the people I've coached have brought stories of dissatisfaction with relationships or career, resulting in effects ranging from depression and anxiety to lack of self-belief, demotivation and low self-esteem. I have successfully supported hundreds of clients through these difficult life transitions and challenges in order to achieve the outcomes and fulfilment that they want.

Member of the International Coaching Federation and accredited as a Master Certified Coach, with over 3,500 hours of life, business and career coaching experience.
Licensed Career, Executive and Life coach
Experienced workshop facilitator, accredited as a trainer to lead Coaching Clinic and Coaching for Leadership workshops.
Qualified to undertake Emotional Intelligence and Psychometric assessments with clients, which can enrich and deepen the coaching process.
Delivered leadership coach training and executive coaching to senior managers in a number of large companies, including British Telecom, Network Rail, Sight Concern, Fonterra, Royal Bank of Scotland, Civil Service, NHS, PepsiCo in Turkey and CoachWise in Poland.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Additional information
I offer a full 45 minute complimentary coaching session for you to discuss your requirements. This will allow you to get a flavour of the coaching and decide if it's right for you, with no obligation or up front fees:
- Coaching sessions are bespoke and affordable with fees agreed according to individual circumstances and requirements
- All exercises and ongoing support are included in session fees
- Number and length of sessions is negotiable, with a recommended starting programme of five 1 hour sessions
- Sessions are normally undertaken virtually by phone or video. In my experience this method of working has just the same outcomes as meeting in person whilst eliminating travel stress.

Further information
I have worked as a full time life, executive and career coach for the past 20 years. Previous to that I had a very successful corporate career spanning 18 years, and before that an enjoyable and fulfilling career as a teacher.
Married with three grown up children, I live in a cottage near the Suffolk coast which connects me with my love of the countryside and passion for the sea.
I am an experienced yachtsman and navigator, as much at home in a sea kayak as on an ocean going yacht. I also love skiing which gives me endless opportunities to be challenged, learn and continously improve.
