I specialise in career and life coaching, taking pride in supporting people through the challenging transitions which we all face at times in our lives.
I aim to make the coaching process enjoyable and fun whilst creating a context of rich personal learning to enable my clients to regain their confidence, recognise their values and re-motivate themselves to identify and achieve their personal and career goals
Many of the people I've coached have brought stories of dissatisfaction with relationships or career, resulting in effects ranging from depression and anxiety to lack of self-belief, demotivation and low self-esteem. I have successfully supported hundreds of clients through these difficult life transitions and challenges in order to achieve the outcomes and fulfilment that they want.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
Member of the International Coaching Federation and accredited as a Professional Certified and Leadership Coach, with over 1000 hours of life and career coaching experience
Licensed career coach and experienced workshop facilitator, accredited as a trainer to lead Coaching Clinic and Coaching for Leadership workshops.
Qualified to undertake Emotional Intelligence and Psychometric assessments with clients and I use these tools to enrich and deepen the coaching process.
Delivered leadership coach training and executive coaching to senior managers in a number of large companies, including British Telecom, Network Rail, Sight Concern, Fonterra, Royal Bank of Scotland, Civil Service, NHS, PepsiCo in Turkey and CoachWise in Poland.

Initial 45 minute complimentary session
£50 per 1 hour telephone coaching session
10% discount when five sessions purchased

Most of my coaching is done by phone
Face-to-face coaching is also available locally in Suffolk by arrangement.
Further Information
I have worked as a full time life and career coach for the past five years. Previous to that I had a very successful corporate career spanning 18 years, and before that a very enjoyable and fulfilling career as a teacher for 12 years.
Married with three teenage children, I live in a cottage near the Suffolk coast which connects me with my love of the countryside and passion for the sea. I am also a highly experienced yachtsman and navigator, as much at home on a windsurfer as on an ocean going yacht!
