My Service to you:
My coaching process starts with a free initial discussion to consider how I can best serve you and which coaching methods and techniques would be most appropriate. All coaches approaches and techniques used are evidenced-based.
Using positive psychology techniques, I aim to make your life better by increasing positive emotions, engaging with life more, developing and sustaining positive relationships, identifying meaning in life, achieving stretch goals and maintaining better physical health. As a result, you will be able to shift self-imposed limitations and live the changes with confidence, on the way to new possibilities and better wellbeing.
My qualifications include a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and work within the ICF ethical framework.
Some of the areas of coaching where I can serve you:
Confidence, self-esteem, depression, stress management, anxiety, personal development, work/life balance, career choices, motivation, hobbies, redundancy, retirement, volunteering, parenting, relationships, spirituality, achievement, goal setting and sports coaching.
I can meet with you face-to-face or arrange a telephone/ Skype meeting. A suitable venue can be arranged should you have mobility needs. I am available to meet within or outside of normal working hours.
“Working with Nick was a fantastic experience. He helped me to identify my key strengths and showed me how to better utilise them in my work life. This really boosted my confidence, productivity and self-efficacy. Since working with Nick, I have been able to translate these techniques into other areas of my life. There have been notable improvements across the board. I would recommend positive psychology and working with Nick to everyone.” TR - Camborne, Cornwall.
"The manner of the sessions was always warm and friendly, gently enquiring nature with an overriding sense of inquisitiveness which helped our discussions. I thought Nicks exposition of what he saw as potential very illuminating and worth investigating. Nick was very competent in correlating the results of his personality inventories into achievable areas for personal growth". DL – Falmouth, Cornwall
