About me

Your well-being is vital!

I am a practicing Life Coaching specialising in Well-being and Mindful Coaching. Coaching is about self-development, clarifying what you really want, and identifying obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward, giving you the space, clarity and understanding to move forward with confidence.

In Well-being and Mindful Coaching I often see people who have difficulty relaxing, who are suffering from anxiety or depression, who feel stuck in their life situation, who lack confidence or emotional resilience, or who need to discover more inspiration and motivation in their lives. I have a background in physical well-being and have also been a practicing meditator for the last 20 years. This has influenced how I practice coaching and what I offer my clients.

The first session is complementary - this allows both the client and myself to gauge whether this is the right course of action for the client and to get some background to their situation.

"I enjoyed our sessions (albeit that they forced me to confront some things about myself which weren't always comfortable to describe) and they were incredibly valuable during a very difficult time. I'm in a different place now - far happier and fulfilled professionally, I've excised the ghosts of my former employer and mentally I'm in a much stronger place. I've definitely changed as an individual though. I like to think that I'm more empathetic towards others who might be suffering, I'm much more aware of my own mental strength, and I'm actually far better able to step outside and rationalise why I might be thinking or feeling a certain way, and therefore able to cope with it.
I've also become an unashamed and public proponent of talking out problems - the current publicity campaign around encouraging men to talk about their problems rings true - I genuinely feel that confronting my problems and talking them out saved me from doing something more final at that time, so thank you." "I recommend Emily as a coach without reservation – it is her ability to work on both practical matters and on the underlying issues that keep us from expressing ourselves fully in the world.”   E. Boddy Yoga Teacher

"...I would recommend Emily to anyone who is suffering from stress or anxiety in any aspect of life and would like to thank her for helping me confront the ghosts of the mind.” Alice Wyatt Second year Uni student

After this if we are both happy to continue, coaching sessions cost upward of £75 per hr on a sliding scale depending on location. There are discounts for multiple bookings.

The number of sessions is very much dependent on the client and what is needed. Sometimes only four or five sessions are necessary and sometimes many more are needed.

Further information

I spent almost 2 months with Emily on life coaching, these were 2 very well spent months of my life. Emily was very supportive and a great life coach!

I found that Emily has a great intuition and is able to get to the root of my life challenges. I am the type of person that spends a significant part of my life analysing why I have created certain experiences in my life and what the learning is for me. Emily really helped me to see the blind spots I never even imagined of in my own analysis of these life challenges.

I appreciated how Emily was a great listener and she showed a deep understanding and respect of my opinions and all that I shared with her in my sessions.

Through my sessions with Emily, I was able to move onto new amazing opportunities in my career, relationships and travel. It gave me the confidence and wisdom within myself to move on. That is the most valuable part I found of the sessions with Emily, she did not psycho analyse me or tell me what do, but she empowered me within myself (through giving me clarity within myself). This is a rare and valuable gift, self-empowerment!

Emily is great at what she does and not only that she is a very warm, kind and understanding person.

She has a big heart and I would recommend her hands down to anyone who is need of some support/guidance in any area of your life!

Thanks Emily, you touched my life and I will forever be grateful to you.
